Admission Process

WHAT IS THE ADMISSION PROCESS?

When a patient visits the OPD or Casualty department and if the doctor feels the need to admit the patient in the hospital, he will write appropriate instructions for the registration staff on the OPD or on a Casualty case aper. The patient (or relatives) should then report to the registration counter for making the indoor admission file of the patient after payment of necessary deposit.

  • Reports or Investigation, if any

Billing lnformation

After payment of appropriate charges as mentioned below, the registration clerk will issue an OPD paper of the appropriate OPD (General surgery, General Medicine etc.), based on the complaints/symptoms narrated by the patient. The patient has to report to the appropriate OPD and will be further guided by the staff members in that OPD.

 

General lnstructions

  • Visiting hours of the hospital are from 5pm to 7 pm
  • Issue of attendant passes for patients relatives: At the time of admission of the patient one pass is issued free of cost and subsequently Rs. 20 / Person will be charged for every extra pass issued. Passes are Issued at the Enquiry Counter from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and after that by Security Guard.
  • Carrying and eating Non vegetarian food inside the hospital campus or wards is not allowed. Consumption of Alcohol and smoking inside the campus or in wards is not allowed. Admitted patients should ear hospital gowns during their hospital stay.
