Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands on experience on Cisco Switches is must, experience on Juniper, DELL, Aruba switches is added benefit
• Experience on firewall brands like Sophos, Palo Alto, FortiGate is desirable
• Hands on experience on Aruba Access Points, Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager and similar tools
• Experience in Management of ILL, MPLS links, with ticket raising, using escalation matrix is necessary
• Experience on NAC, NMS tools is necessary
• Experience in writing automation scripts
• Knowledge of SLAs is necessary
• Should have good understanding of the workflow
• Capable in handling problem tickets on his/her own
• Should be able to lead team to achieve tasks assigned
• Should be able to handle projects with guidance of manager and leadership team
• Inquisitive and innovative to develop, test solutions; prepare a test activity
• Report for approval and deploy the same post approval

Other skill sets :

• Certification in networking similar / equivalent to CCNA, CCNP, A+
• Certification in any brand firewall management similar PCNSA / PCNSE
• Good communications skills in English and Hindi are must.
• Able to handle pressure situations
• Should be a good team member
• Ready to exchange knowledge within team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
