World mental health day

Every year, the second week of October is observed as the #WorldMentalHealthWeek and 10th October is observed as #WorldMentalHealthDay. The World Federation for Mental Health has announced ‘mental health in an unequal world’ as the theme for this year. From access to mental health facilities to sexual orientation, in a world marked by social inequalities it becomes even more necessary to come together and foster a healthy environment.
