Job Profile

• Dealing in Medical Surgical Items, General Items and Project related work.
• Preparation of Compliance and Cost Saving Reports on monthly basis.
• Making of Item Master, Vendor Management.
• Preparation of AMC, CMC and Work Order for Engineering, Bio-medical, marketing dept. etc.
• Preparation of Purchase Order.
• Handling the Procurement function for the Hospital – Make sure that Purchase cost of the Hospital is maintained within the Budgets.
• Development of alternate vendors, Vendor follow-ups for quotation and delivery.
• Validation as per Regulated market.
• Tracking of various expenses like Engineering, Linen etc. on monthly basis.
